The dogs speak Spanish here
There is nothing much to report here except that I am doing the same things I have been: speaking Spanish, dancing to Spanish music, learning about Spain in Spanish, and making and keeping friends while talking Spanish. Mostly I just love it. It’s really starting to pick up pace and move along quickly. Happy one month anniversary Spain 2 days ago!

I just realized that I have been studying a little differently lately and I just identified what I have been doing: I have been intentionally paying attention to details. Interesting. They really do come in handy.

A Season
We can’t define seasons in our lives until they are over. The hard stuff and the good stuff combine at the closing of a part to give us something we don’t expect and can’t know until we watch it all come together. God gives us experiences for a reason. We sometimes just have to wait a bit to know what that reason is.

I was talking to my mom today about life when we were running. And this shouldn’t be weird to me, but I forget how much more wise and experienced my parents are in comparison to me, but then I can still relate to them. And what a blessing.

So waitress-ing today was very interesting. Had a couple of disgruntled customers and they never cease to amaze me. I forgot what it was like to feel like someone was serving me, seeing as I haven’t been out to eat at a restaurant since Applebee’s a couple months ago and really, I can remember that far back….kinda.
